Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience
  • Extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color semiotics, drawing, and the latest design tools including Adobe Suite
  • Effective in communicating conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Creative Director to create conceptual design solutions for brand strategy
  • Refine and develop all aspects of the chosen design concept
  • Track trends of design and integrate them into your work to ensure relevance
  • Work with the production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables
  • Prepare materials for client and internal meetings
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of project deliverables with the project manager
  • Present design refinements to clients
  • Participate in new business efforts as requested
