Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue
  • Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Experience working with APIs, logistics software or technical products is a plus
  • Strong understanding of ABM, lead nurturing, and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to improve results
  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently communicate marketing goals and results to diverse audiences including your team, executive leadership, and the company as a whole
  • 7+ years of experience working in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own Shippo’s demand generation strategy and campaign calendar to deliver against growth and pipeline targets
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, events, content syndication, ABM, and more)
  • Lead lead-scoring and nurturing programs to improve funnel conversion rates
  • Work closely with sales to ensure campaign alignment, enablement, and reporting on pipeline attribution
  • Responsible for the API revenue OKR and for SQL OKR, and owns the outcome all the way to close-won
  • Has deep understanding of the business, the API buyer journey, and demand generation strategies relevant to this audience
  • Identify opportunities to optimize website conversion rates to improve business outcomes
  • Manage demand generation budget and allocate spend to maximize ROI
  • Define and set challenging but attainable goals
  • Use data to track KPIs, identify insights, and optimize performance
  • Own demand gen tech stack, partnering with RevOps to ensure strong data flow
