Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and support the Flexera DIS database with application recognition, normalization and categorization Data
Solve complex customer problems
Identifies problem areas in recognition, normalization or categorization
Coach and help Analysts
Facilitate Analyst team in daily operations and agile work
Collaborate with other teams to remove obstacles
Communicates and handles interaction for POC’s, Support cases with both internal and external stakeholders
One or more senior tasks: Scrum master, Solve and analyze complex problems, transfer knowledge to the team, involve in problem and solution discovery, handle customer or stakeholder communication
