Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related field (or equivalent work experience with strong academic performance, CGPA ≥ 7.0 or equivalent)
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, software development, or technical consulting
3-5 years’ experience in data engineering for data applications with Machine Learning
Knowledge of analyzing data using tools like Code Workbook, Contour, and Quiver
Languages: Python, SQL, TypeScript

Data Tools: Pipeline Builder, Data Connections, Code Repos, Contour, Quiver, Workshop
ITIL experience with ServiceNow and service management practices

Preferred: Strong background in data engineering/ETL ecosystems with Palantir Foundry, Cognizant, Python, PySpark, and Java

Responsibilities
L3 Support: Manage and respond to platform incidents, service requests, and manage ITSM process using ServiceNow following ITIL practices (SLA adherence)
Monitor and triage Palantir Foundry pipelines and data health checks
Handle critical incidents with timely resolution and keep stakeholders informed
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software implementations
Ensure compliance with data security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and deliver high-impact data solutions
Maintain runbooks and SOPs for recurring issues
Create and maintain data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories
Participate in user interviews to understand technical and customer needs
Establish data connections, build data health monitors, and analyze data lineage
Work with the Development Team to translate business needs, challenges, and requirements into solutions that deliver value to the organization
Perform enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixing
Be the Technical Lead and go-to person for support, maintenance, and upkeep of systems for Palantir RTB team
Get involved in translating business requirements and building machine learning models along with CTB team
Participate in shift rotations to ensure 24x7 coverage
