Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining data management systems involving large data sets
  • Building data processing applications with scalability, maintainability, security, and coding best practices
  • Developing and implementing best practices for building data products, including data mining, data modeling, and access interfaces (e.g., SQL views, API services)
  • Implementing company-wide data policies to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive error handling, fault tolerance, and monitoring/alerting systems
  • Developing automated test routines (unit, functional, and system testing)
  • Working directly with data analysts and product marketing leads to diagnose and resolve data operation issues
