Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of data engineering experience, demonstrating the ability to leverage abstraction to solve complex problems, and exhibit excellent SQL and Python skills alongside data modeling expertise. Furthermore, they must have extensive experience with digital marketing data, specifically campaign performance, user acquisition, and attribution models, ideally within a mobile app context, and experience with dbt and Snowflake is required. Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with experience managing projects and delivering results within timelines, are also essential.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage data solutions to enable marketing and user acquisition insights, working closely with data analysts, marketing teams, and other engineers to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility. You will develop and optimize data models to support business needs, design and build a data warehouse infrastructure using Snowflake, implement and manage ELT processes with dbt, manage and monitor data ingestion, collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver actionable insights, mentor and support analysts and peers, proactively identify and resolve operational issues, ensure testing and validation mechanisms are in place, and manage projects to deliver results within set timelines.
