Requirements

Proven expertise with NetSuite, including creating and managing reports, saved searches, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks and datasets, with emphasis on supply chain
Expertise in SQL for pulling datasets
Ability to create compelling visualizations from complex data
Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in understanding data warehouse and reporting environments
Strong collaboration skills with engineering leads, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders
Ability to mentor and promote best practices for reporting hygiene and self-sufficiency

Responsibilities

Lead business requirement gathering, planning, and delivery of multiple operational projects
Serve as subject matter expert on all data models, reports, dashboards, and reporting techniques relating to supply chain
Create reports and dashboards from the data warehouse that deliver value to business stakeholders while meeting critical project deadlines
Manage reports, create datasets, and workbooks in NetSuite
Collect requirements, ensure consistency and adherence to company-wide definitions, and translate functional requirements into technical details for data reports
Ensure data reports comply with enterprise reporting standards
Partner with the Data Analytics Manager to support and scale analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional peers to build dashboards and reports to monitor progress, answer business questions, and ensure key management reports are available and accurate
Mentor and shepherd best practices amongst extended cross-functional teams for reporting environments
