The Senior Data Analyst will autonomously manage the A/B testing cycle for Paper.io 2, focusing on validating feature values, refining parameters, and optimizing monetization to improve key performance indicators. Responsibilities include leading the analysis of large, complex datasets to identify player behaviors and growth opportunities, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for game design and product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven decisions. The analyst will also build and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure team alignment on critical metrics.
