Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of professional experience in an Analyst role, excluding internships. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and understanding database structures, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to translate business problems into technical steps and data-driven insights into recommendations, possess a collaborative, team-focused attitude with a strong desire to learn, and exhibit a fierce sense of ownership and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree and intermediate Python experience.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst will aggregate data from multiple sources, conduct data research, and generate accurate analyses to support product development. Responsibilities include independently designing, writing, and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, as well as generating visualizations for slide decks and dashboards. The role involves influencing internal stakeholders by constructing slide decks and communicating results effectively, deeply understanding and documenting data pipeline structures and processes, and rigorously investigating the quality, relationships, and potential value of data sources. Additionally, the analyst will proactively perform advanced analyses, extract strategic insights, deliver robust recommendations, and collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers on feature engineering efforts.
