Requirements

  • Extensive experience in customer success roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Experience with professional services & attach motions for support/services
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Strategic thinker with deep understanding of professional services, adoption strategies, and organizational change management
  • Track record of delivering impact to customers
  • Passion for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes
  • Strong bias towards action and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Leadership skills to drive results through internal & external teams
  • Understanding of automation technologies and operational, technical & change management best practices

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer’s overall adoption strategy, building & maintaining the customer’s comprehensive value delivery plan to achieve stated objectives
  • Own, lead & orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery, from planning to realization, coordinating across internal and external workstreams
  • Understand and advise the customer on how best to define, deliver & realize value that aligns with their stated objectives
  • Develop and maintain workstream plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to success milestones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Understand client needs and requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor success strategies
  • Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor on automation strategies
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and tailor automation solutions to maximize business impact
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation; contribute to thought leadership content and share insights with clients
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified, customer-centric approach; communicate client expectations
