Summary

You will be the primary point of contact for Deel's clients, both internally and externally. This dynamic role involves building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on operational and product-related matters. Additionally, you will serve as an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to support their business expansion with Deel.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts: Focus on a smaller portfolio of high-value strategic VIP accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for long-term client success.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Coordinate and manage internal stakeholders to address customer issues promptly and optimize customer sentiment.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, hiring plans, and success metrics.
  • Develop and implement success plans to maximize the customer experience.
  • Host regular business reviews to discuss partnership progress.
