Candidates must live within 80km of the Medtronic office in Heerlen, Netherlands. After full-time training at the office, you work at least 2 days per week in the office and the rest from home, with cross-border employees required to be in the office 80% of the time as of 1 July 2022. Relocation support is not provided.
Higher professional education (HBO) or at least MBO+ (Middle-level applied education) is required, along with 2+ years of experience in customer service and order management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French are also necessary, plus computer literacy in MS Office like Outlook and Excel.
You will support day-to-day Order-To-Cash processes like processing and invoicing orders, handle disputes such as complaints and returns, answer sales team and customer inquiries via phone and email, and serve as a single point of contact for business contacts.
