Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Implementation Specialist will manage the end-to-end delivery and implementation of complex Payroll projects for Deputy’s largest enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing best practices. They will mentor junior team members, validate customer requirements, define project plans, collaborate with architects and engineers, and proactively communicate project status. Additionally, they will take a train-the-trainer approach, equipping customers with training sessions and materials, and collaborate with Support and Success teams to document configurations and ensure continued success.
