  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to ensure creative alignment and executional excellence
  • Deliver polished, insight-backed proposals for Associate Director review and support client presentations
  • Provide mentorship to Creative Strategists, guiding storytelling structure, framework application, and idea development
  • Manage timelines, communicate risks, and support workflow efficiency in partnership with Creative Operations
  • Stay current on creator, category, and platform trends to inform new creative approaches and innovation
