Compensation will be paid in the range of $140,000 - $168,000 plus bonus, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. The final amount is determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
This is an onsite role requiring presence at the San Francisco or Sunnyvale CA office 5 days per week.
Candidates need 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in G&A roles, strong sourcing capabilities including LinkedIn outreach, experience in fast-paced startups, salary and equity negotiation skills, and proven ability to meet hiring goals like 4+ hires per month.
