As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Content Writer to craft content that not only drives traffic but also fuels user engagement and product adoption across multiple touchpoints. Together with our Senior Content Manager, you’ll work at the heart of a marketing team that thrives on insight, agility, and purpose.

Responsibilities

Strategic Content Development

• Apply keyword and topic research using tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console to craft long-form content, landing pages, pillar pages, and guides that rank, educate, and convert.
• Work closely with our Senior Content Manager to iterate and improve based on data-backed insights.

Blog & Knowledge Base Management

• Deliver weekly blog articles based on the editorial calendar outlined by our Senior Content Manager, and suggest ideas and opportunities based on your own newsfeed.
• Continuously optimize existing content for performance.
• Write and maintain Knowledge Base articles together with our Support Engineers to help users unlock the product's full value.

Campaigns, Media & Cross-Team Content

• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns with messaging, headlines, and assets.
• Write scripts for webinars, videos, and product demos.

Lifecycle & Email Content

• Collaborate on email campaigns, including onboarding flows, product announcements, and monthly newsletters.
• Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all user communications.

What Success Looks Like

• Organic traffic growth through high-performing SEO content
• Increased brand authority in the web performance optimization space
• Higher engagement and CTRs across email and landing pages
• Improved user retention through educational and support content
• Unified brand voice across product, marketing, and support channels

Requirements

• 3+ years in content creation, ideally in tech
• Proven SEO writing experience with tools like Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Hotjar
• Strong user-centric writing skills — ability to shift tone from expert to supportive as needed
• Ability to collaborate across teams and turn technical input into engaging content
• Proficiency in English (C1–C2) — both written and spoken
• Bonus: Experience with WordPress CMS (Gutenberg editor)
