AI Engineering Curriculum Manager

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in curriculum design/development, along with 3-5 years of experience in programming, systems architecture, or database systems. A strong foundational understanding of data science methodologies, including supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation is required, as is experience designing content or training programs that incorporate or explain machine learning tools, frameworks, or GenAI technologies. Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience using e-learning software (Articulate, Captivate, or similar) and Cornerstone LMS (or similar) are also necessary.
As a Technical Curriculum Developer, the individual will design and develop innovative learning solutions applying adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create content for various audiences, including online, classroom, and virtual instructor-led training. They will lead the creation and distribution of technical courseware at Snowflake, developing exercises, tutorials, assessments, and other learning materials, while also collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand needs and translate complex technical concepts into visual aids. Furthermore, they will design curriculum that supports hands-on learning in domains such as data science workflows, machine learning model development, and practical applications of Generative AI using Snowflake and partner technologies, and will contribute to the enablement strategy by building high-impact learning experiences.
