Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in content strategy or a related field within the tech or development industries, demonstrating a proven track record of developing compelling narratives across diverse channels and formats such as blogs, white papers, social media posts, infographics, video, and audio. Strong project management skills are required, including the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders, alongside experience analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Consultant Strategist, you will lead efforts to drive brand visibility and awareness for Fluxon, positioning the company as a leader in the industry by partnering with the Brand & Growth Manager and Brand Designer to build and execute on Fluxon’s content strategy. This includes evaluating and optimizing content distribution channels, maintaining and evolving brand voice and messaging, creating and managing a content calendar, leading content development efforts through collaboration with stakeholders, and analyzing content performance to drive continuous optimization across channels.
