Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Workfront or marketing operations solutions in enterprise or agency environments
  • Deep understanding of marketing workflows, media production, and creative operations
  • Strong capability in process design

Responsibilities

  • Convert marketing and operational requirements into scalable Workfront structures and delivery frameworks that correspond to corporate governance, campaign speed, and content supply chain maturity
  • Configure, optimise, and embed Workfront and related integrations (Creative Cloud, AEM, Fusion, GenStudio, etc.) to drive process efficiency, visibility, and alignment across teams
  • Find opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardise processes across marketing, media, and agency operating models, ensuring measurable time-to-market and efficiency improvements
  • Connect Workfront within the broader Enterprise MRM ecosystem, integrating with upstream strategy and downstream activation systems for seamless flow of briefs, assets, and insights
  • Track and improve adoption, utilisation, and value realisation. Refine workflows and dashboards to surface actionable performance data for business leaders
  • Partner with marketing, PMO, and digital leads to align Workfront capabilities with business outcomes. Ensure transparency, accountability, and confidence across the delivery chain
  • Drive capability uplift through structured training, mentoring, and best-practice frameworks to ensure teams are confident, consistent, and empowered in the Workfront environment
  • Stay abreast of trends in marketing operations, the efficiency enabled by AI, and the evolution of enterprise content supply chains. Introduce innovative ideas and tools to enhance outcomes and boost efficiency
