Responsibilities

  • Enhance field force effectiveness capabilities supporting Territory managers, MSLs, FRMs, and LVAs for Lilly US
  • Setup standard approaches, process flows, and tools for SFE capabilities like Sizing, Alignment, and Placement
  • Reduce execution time for salesforce restructuring projects by leveraging latest AI/ML approaches
  • Refine on-going maintenance of territories by creating AI powered dashboards
  • Ensure standardization and synergy in approaches across different rep roles
  • Use datasets such as field execution, tool activity, sales, surveys etc. to track & tweak the deployed field engagement platforms
  • Validate data quality and accuracy of the results of existing processes
  • Create models such as the customer behaviour profile to support the sales teams to enhance and track performance of the field force against plans
  • Setup recurring Tableau, Power BI reports to support & speed up strategic projects
  • Create and use AI and Gen AI agents to transform data, run diagnostic algorithms, generate insights, and summarize in reports
