Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with active Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service/Community Cloud Consultant. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or solution architecture with a proven track record of successful enterprise implementations, expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, data modeling, and integrations using declarative tools, and experience with Agile project management methodologies. Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Salesforce Consultant will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, translating client requirements into scalable solutions and ensuring successful delivery across design, configuration, deployment, and support. Key duties include leading discovery, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops, configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools, acting as Product Owner, managing backlogs, leading or participating in Salesforce implementations including data migration and system integration, creating comprehensive documentation, participating in pre-sales efforts, mentoring junior consultants, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to process improvement efforts within the Salesforce practice.
