Graduated from a grande école de commerce or ingénieurs, Institut d’Etudes Politiques, or 3rd cycle university, preferably specialized in asset management, finance, consulting, or audit
3 to 5 years of first experience in asset management, private equity, private banking, fund administration/depositary, or asset management activities in an audit or consulting firm
Strong appetite for financial markets and instruments
Rigorous, organized, with initiative, responsibility, and excellent writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Enjoys teamwork
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Imperative mastery of written and spoken English
Responsibilities
Operational responsibility for projects and advisory missions in responsible investment
Conduct verification missions for compliance with Socially Responsible Investment label criteria
Assist in implementing regulatory evolutions related to sustainable finance through impact analyses, compliance roadmaps, and process implementation for asset management and financial markets
Support teams in transforming investment strategies and processes to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) characteristics
Manage transformation projects related to sustainability imperatives, including defining, reviewing, and implementing front-to-back operational models and business processes
Organize, supervise, and lead missions operationally with consulting teams
Provide functional and technical expertise
Participate in training programs to develop skills in leadership, profession, and specialty
