Experience in change governance, process improvement, and oversight in financial services, particularly Investor Shared Services (ISS)
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, client standards, and internal controls across jurisdictions (Ireland, UK, Luxembourg, India)
Strong project management skills, including coordination from initiation through implementation, testing, and operational readiness
Ability to perform thorough analysis, risk mitigation, and efficiency-focused change design
Proficiency in stakeholder management, liaison roles, and communication with regional stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk)
Skills in monitoring, reporting, escalating issues/risks, and providing SLA Management Information (MI)
Capability to oversee outsourced locations and ensure alignment with service agreements
Responsibilities
Design and implement a change governance framework for non-BAU activities in ISS across Ireland, UK, Luxembourg, and India
Coordinate and manage change requests and projects from initiation through testing, operational readiness, and implementation
Conduct thorough analysis of ISS impacts, collaborate with wider teams to design optimal changes focusing on risk mitigation and efficiency
Act as liaison between regional stakeholders and ISS team for non-BAU/change activities
Ensure prioritisation, resource allocation, tracking, and completion of all change items
Oversee execution of change and project activities in India, providing support as needed
Monitor, report, and escalate issues and risks related to change activities; provide regular progress updates and SLA MI
Ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and internal standards during change processes
Support audit, control, and business management duties related to change initiatives
Put in place and manage an oversight governance framework for regions overseeing ISS or outsourced locations to ensure service alignment
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk)
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management
Coordinate large transitions and framework changes within the team
