Requirements

Holder of a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school, business school, or Master 2 in Human Resources or Information Technology
At least 5 years of experience in implementing HRIS activities (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, HR Access, etc.)
Strong interest in digital issues and information technologies
Excellent formalization skills
Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written
Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Participate in project management
Prepare and participate in business workshops
Accompany clients from strategy to operational deployment
Work with the project team to find and deliver innovative solutions
Participate in the design and monitor the deployment of digital HR solutions
Participate in change management actions: preparation, animation, follow-up
Intervene on all aspects of the Momentum transformation methodology
Contribute to business development: commercial proposals and pre-sales
Participate in events and visibility actions to promote expertise
