Responsibilities

Lead customer process discovery workshops to align on best practices and drive to solutions
Articulate complex client and solution concepts to audiences with varying levels of understanding
Develop and leverage expertise in the Veeva Vault platform
Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities
Identify and monitor interdependencies between program or project workstreams
Create project deliverables and standards
Plan and establish after go-live activities including ongoing support and application changes
Mentor and develop junior team members
