Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer process discovery workshops to align on best practices and drive to solutions
  • Articulate complex client and solution concepts to audiences with varying levels of understanding
  • Develop and leverage expertise in the Veeva Vault platform
  • Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities
  • Identify and monitor interdependencies between program or project workstreams
  • Create project deliverables and standards
  • Plan and establish after go-live activities including ongoing support and application changes
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
