Responsibilities

Lead customer process discovery workshops to align on best practices and drive solutions
Articulate complex client and solution concepts to various audiences
Develop and leverage expertise in the Veeva Vault platform
Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities
Identify and monitor interdependencies between program/project workstreams
Create project deliverables and standards (e.g., process standards)
Plan and establish after go-live activities, including ongoing support and application changes
Mentor and develop junior team members
