Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Community Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to scale the Starburst community program, driving awareness, membership growth, and global presence. This role involves fostering a vibrant community environment through effective communication, leveraging blogs, videos, and social channels to educate and inspire adoption. Responsibilities include producing developer-focused content for online forums, relaunching and scaling the global user group program, and identifying high-value engagement within the community to support sales efforts. The manager will also partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to design campaigns based on community signals.
