In-house legal team experience
Excellent knowledge of legal concepts and corresponding broad practical experience in commercial contracts management and negotiation
Excellent organisation and planning skills, including an ability to multitask, prioritize workload and competing priorities
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills for a wide variety of internal audiences
Positive can-do attitude, including an ability to work effectively and co-operatively with others
Builds collaborative relationships

Advising Deloitte engagement teams on a broad range of commercial contracting issues – including engagement agreements, public and private sector tenders, master service agreements
Engaging proactively with the business to identify, assess and evaluate legal risk and offer prudent, commercial and creative solutions
Horizon scanning and proactive engagement with each service line to understand what they need from the in-house legal team by way of practical guidance – including training, where required
Exercising excellent business and legal judgment
Support commercial contract work throughout Deloitte’s business (including supplier contracts)
Involvement in ad-hoc legal team / risk group projects
Legal support to the Irish firm and / or the wider Deloitte network on commercial, governance, compliance and regulatory issues
Work with legal colleagues and support Deloitte Ireland cross-service line
