University degree, Bachelor's or Master's (Finance, economics preferred)
Excellent analytical skills combined with exceptional technical skills: MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPivot, Access), Visual analytics platform (Tableau)
Fluent English and Polish (additional languages acknowledged)
Strong communication skills & confidence in sharing outputs with key stakeholders across WEU (written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural mindset
Ability to demonstrate ownership for achieving results
Ability to work autonomously with drive and determination to succeed

Responsibilities

Support the analytics of the WEU commercial customer rebate process
Collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders teams to ensure accuracy and transparency
Perform WEU rebate claims; work with Commercial stakeholders for approval
Work collaboratively with the A2R team in Warsaw
Process rebate sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting
Provide local analytical support
Work collaboratively across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders teams
Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for commercial customer rebates
