Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial and Delivery teams to provide data and insights driving growth, optimizing sales/delivery processes, reducing time to revenue, and improving team performance
  • Deliver high-impact, scalable data solutions, including building/maintaining reporting models and data products supporting sales/delivery efficiency
  • Design and implement KPIs for commercial/delivery teams, focusing on revenue, with actionable recommendations to achieve commercial objectives
  • Create dashboards/visualizations for sales team: analyze pipeline health, deal velocity, conversion rates, win/loss reasons, rep performance vs. quotas, using Salesforce features
  • Develop reports for pre-sales team: monitor engagement metrics, impact on deals/win rates, resource efficiency, and sales cycle contribution
  • Track/monitor/predict metrics for implementation/delivery team across project lifecycle, identify risks/opportunities to improve speed/quality and scale solutions
  • Collaborate with team analysts to enhance forecasting capabilities
