Requirements include at least 1 year of experience in technical support with customer-facing responsibilities, basic understanding of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), database fundamentals (SQL, performance tuning), networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SFTP, DNS), and excellent written communication in Japanese with intermediate English reading/writing skills.
