Responsibilities

Lead overall projects on operating model (e.g., how things are organised and get done) and operating environment
Coordinate, manage, build, and deliver Kraken’s cultural change programmes alongside client
Work in partnership with technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams
Live and breathe Kraken ways of working, identify problems, create solutions, workshops, and training, and communicate effectively to clients
Bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate business cultural change for clients
Lead Client Implementation projects in designing cultural programmes and executing their delivery
Work with Kraken Transformation Director to navigate clients through Kraken transformation
Collaborate with wider Kraken Technologies Implementation team and clients to develop and deliver cultural transformation programmes, including leadership development and coaching
Aid in creation of plans, timelines, and resources for successful deployment
Keep track of project progress, escalate issues, and resolve blockers
Work closely with wider Kraken Tech team to deliver coaching and mentorship to clients as part of operational transformation
Prepare and deliver workshop content for training groups and leadership development
Work with client to identify needs-based operational analysis and translate into programmes for their teams
