Responsibilities

Hospital channel academic conference management and operations: Independently manage the full process of small and medium-sized academic conferences such as department meetings and city meetings in the region, including budget application, speaker communication, material preparation, on-site execution, post-meeting review, data recording, and reimbursement; establish and maintain a library of core KOLs (key opinion leaders) and speakers in the region, maintain good interactions, deliver the latest academic information, and provide intellectual support for academic activities; collaborate with medical and marketing departments to ensure the scientificity, compliance, and attractiveness of conference content, transforming complex medical information into easy-to-understand academic content for doctors; track conference effectiveness, collect feedback, evaluate ROI through data analysis, and continuously optimize conference formats and content
Patient education project planning and implementation: Design online and offline patient education projects based on product characteristics and patient needs, such as patient meetings, disease knowledge popularization, and patient support projects; closely collaborate with sales and marketing teams to select key hospitals and promote the implementation of patient education projects; collaborate to develop easy-to-understand, compliant patient education materials (such as handbooks, posters, short videos) to enhance patient awareness of diseases and adherence to standardized treatments; strictly comply with company compliance policies and industry regulations to ensure all patient education activities operate transparently and avoid potential risks
Channel support and daily operations: Collect, organize, and analyze relevant activity data, regularly submit work reports, and provide data support for decision-making; finely manage activity budgets to ensure expenses are controllable and reasonably utilized; monitor competitor dynamics and industry policy changes, provide timely market information feedback, and support departmental strategy adjustments
