Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in partnerships, strategy, business development, or a similar role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in fintech, spend management, and/or payments
  • An existing network of partners in Israel and the Middle East (significant plus)
  • Strong commercial and strategic instincts and a history of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs consistently
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker) and building and delivering presentations for partners and clients
  • Results-driven - holds self accountable for delivering on targets
  • Proactive - identifies, plans, and executes against opportunities to grow, enjoys problem-solving
  • Laser-focused - ruthless in spending time on highest-impact initiatives in fast-paced environment
  • Commercially-minded - enjoys negotiating and strives for best outcomes for the business

Responsibilities

  • Lead, own, and develop a channel partnership strategy
  • Manage an existing portfolio of partners, as well as pursue growth and upsell opportunities in new product areas
  • Pitch, activate, and manage new partners
  • Work closely with the IL and ME Marketing and Sales team to position Airwallex’s value proposition in the industry
  • Represent Airwallex at industry events and conferences, speak on relevant panels and webinars, and frequently present to partner firms to win their business
  • Build and expand the Channel Partnership function in Israel and the Middle East, focusing on driving partnerships that grow and scale Airwallex's footprint in the SME sector
