The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations, with knowledge of compensation and benefits budgets and funding requirements. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential, along with familiarity with MS Office. The role requires the ability to research, synthesize, and interpret data, as well as knowledge of SHUI, PIT, and labor laws. Candidates must be able to work independently under pressure, pay close attention to detail, and possess good communication and negotiation skills.
This role involves contributing to the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to achieve business objectives and ensure legal compliance. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring the compensation and benefits budget, designing variable remuneration schemes, and managing the implementation and administration of well-being programs and policies. Additionally, the position entails managing and developing C&B Analysts, analyzing remuneration components for internal equity and external competitiveness, conducting periodic audits, and preparing reports on salary market surveys.
