Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the software industry
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
Hands-on experience with data analysis and business process modeling tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Preferred Arabic & English speakers
Business Process Reengineering expertise
Expert in documenting business requirements and workflows
Expert in analysing BRS, scope provided by consultant and coordinate
Project Management skills & agile
Expert in analysing and interpreting business operation to BRS & IT requirements
Knowledge of business process modelling tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and change management plans
Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units to ensure a clear understanding of project expectations and deliverables
Perform thorough data analysis, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
Support the development teams by providing clarification on requirements and participating in testing and validation processes
Engage in strategic discussions with management to help define project scope and objectives
Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
