Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the software industry
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and business process modeling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and change management plans
  • Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units to ensure a clear understanding of project expectations and deliverables
  • Perform thorough data analysis, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the development teams by providing clarification on requirements and participating in testing and validation processes
  • Engage in strategic discussions with management to help define project scope and objectives
  • Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
