Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Position Overview

Juniper Square is seeking a proactive, curious, and highly organized Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in understanding, analyzing, and improving business processes through technology solutions. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, manage projects, and configure various SaaS tools, including Salesforce. The ideal candidate possesses an ownership mindset and is a quick learner, contributing to our mission of digitizing private markets for increased efficiency, transparency, and access.

Responsibilities

  • Understand internal customers' needs and facilitate setting project goals and objectives.
  • Discern business needs, analyze for impact and opportunity, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive project context.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to translate business requirements and process needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, refinement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and enablement.
  • Configure Salesforce and other SaaS tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, BoostUp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Manage projects, report on project status, and set proper expectations and timelines.
  • Recommend, configure, and integrate 3rd party tools.
  • Conduct testing and track issues and their resolution.
  • Create business process documentation and contribute to the RevOps Confluence document repository.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and relevant tools.
  • Deliver user training and present on project launches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in technology project deployment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning of technology skills.
  • Proficient in creating process flow maps and writing Business Requirement Documents.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheet capabilities, including spreadsheet mapping, data clean-up, backfills, audits, and QA reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with cross-department collaboration.
  • High level of curiosity and a "go-figure-it-out" attitude.
  • Excellent note-taking skills and reliability in following through on tasks.
  • Ability to raise concerns and identify gaps during work processes.
  • Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge, with grit and determination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with vendor evaluation and management (AI or other business systems).
  • Deep understanding of business processes to drive implementation and vendor evaluation for AI tools.
  • Capable of light to full configuration and can easily administer new tools.
  • Understanding of general concepts of permissions and integrations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range (U.S.): $110,000 - $130,000
  • The compensation includes a base salary and a variety of benefits.
