Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Process Automation Engineer will lead the discovery and analysis of business processes across all departments to identify automation opportunities and re-engineer processes. They will architect, build, and maintain scalable automation workflows using platforms like n8n and Make, extending them with custom JavaScript or Python as needed. Responsibilities include developing complex integrations between core systems and third-party applications, pioneering the use of AI within automations, serving as the platform owner for the AI and automation tech stack, and championing stringent security standards in all automations. The role also involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects from ideation to continuous improvement.
