Candidates must be active duty service members enrolled in or seeking a Skillbridge internship, possessing a BS degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computing, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field. Required skills include working knowledge of SQL, business intelligence, and analytic approaches, with the ability to communicate cross-functionally, gather requirements, set and meet deadlines, and deliver insightful analysis. A keen attention to detail, an open growth mindset, and high self-motivation are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support Sales and Customer Success Group (CSG) organizations by analyzing business systems data to provide insights into historical and forecasted performance. Responsibilities include designing and implementing operational dashboards and ad hoc reporting, creating and maintaining Salesforce CRM Analytics/Tableau dashboards to measure strategy execution, owning core activities for analytic projects, gathering requirements, and building dashboards based on stakeholder needs. The role also involves defining and maintaining data definitions and available measures across Sales & CSG business.
