Requirements

  • Prior experience of senior client management role, with both client management and operational experience
  • Experience of managing multiple clients, across wide and varied revenue scales, both local and across APAC
  • Previous experience operating as a Managing Partner or at a similar level position
  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to inspire and lead others to follow your best practice
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Pitch, RFI and proven new business acumen with a solid conversion rate
  • Proof of delivering long standing client relationships and organic growth
  • Clear and inspiring presentation skills with a strong and concise communication style
  • Fluency with standard Mac & PC Office software, including Keynote, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong integrated background
  • Strong recruitment and retention strategies as a part of people management
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven inflation of y

Responsibilities

  • Sit as part of the Vietnam Leadership Team
  • Build, lead and motivate teams through change and be a strong cultural advocate for the brand
  • Manage a team across client, operations, creative and people verticals
  • Manage a P&L upwards of 25-30 CR annually
  • Achieve growth targets annually
  • Negotiate rate cards to account for inflationary increases and increments
  • Increase number of brands working with OLIVER to ladder up to the business growth
  • Ensure seamless global to local roll out of initiatives like AI
  • Lead client capabilities and output
  • Manage client stakeholders both local and regional
  • Manage procurement stakeholders both local and regional, especially leading the front on negotiations
  • Share and demonstrate best-practice across client management
  • Keep very close to client needs, understanding satisfaction levels and their perception of us, measured against CSAT and NPS scores
  • Work with inter-agency teams to develop and improve the services that clients want and need
  • Serve as final point of escalation for client issues and point of support for agency teams
  • Be owner and partner of C-Suite level client relationships
  • Ensure productive collaboration of account management, strategy, creative and delivery teams
  • Contribute to a positive, meaningful, high-performance working culture
  • Make new business everybody’s business - act as an agency leader in new business by supporting new business and marketing in all areas including PR, case studies and award entries
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategy of our OLIVER proposition and our external marketing efforts
