Experience in business development, sales leadership, or similar roles in advertising technology, particularly with DSPs and SSPs
Ability to provide strategic direction and leadership in sales strategies
Deep industry insights and market analysis skills for partner identification
Expertise in executive-level relationship management
Proficiency in complex negotiations and deal structuring
Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams
Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the DSP ecosystem
Experience in establishing KPIs and performance measurement (implied leadership and mentoring role)
Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership in developing and executing high-impact sales strategies targeted towards DSPs, aligning with SSP business objectives
Spearhead the identification and prioritization of potential DSP partners using industry insights and market analysis
Cultivate and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at DSPs to foster long-term partnerships
Lead complex negotiations and deal structuring with DSP partners to ensure favorable terms and mitigate risks
Collaborate with product management and development teams to align product roadmap and features with DSP partner needs
Engage cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, operations) to drive alignment and execution of partnership initiatives
Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and DSP trends to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Establish KPIs and metrics to track and optimize the effectiveness of sales initiatives
Drive demand facilitation for premium publishers via Nexxen SSP, working cross-functionally
Shape team direction and mentor junior team members as a leadership role
