Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, including configuration, maintenance, support, user access, workflows, customizations, and reporting
Manage additional business applications such as Workday, Salesforce, PO management systems, and other enterprise systems
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
Maintain and enhance SOX controls across all relevant systems
Build relationships with users and stakeholders to identify application shortcomings, recommend enhancements, and improve effective use
Document procedures and train Evolv employees and staff on best practices for utilizing applications
Implement business solutions that deliver iterative improvements
Join implementation programs to deliver best-in-class solutions for back-office transformations
Own the NetSuite environment and begin managing additional applications within the first 3 months
Ensure continuous compliance, high-quality IT services, and alignment with business growth and operational goals by the end of the first year
