Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology or Business Information Systems
5+ years of experience in a similar role within the payment industry, with a focus on acquiring systems, payment processing, workflows, and system integrations
Skilled in analysing data flows, validating system behavior, and documenting business and technical processes
Proficient in modeling business and system processes, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and translating requirements
Responsibilities
Lead business analysis for complex initiatives from discovery through to delivery
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Map and analyze existing business processes, workflows, and system interactions to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
Contribute to solution design, supporting across discovery, design, build, test, and delivery phases
Create comprehensive documentation including process diagrams, data flows, system interactions, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules
Support backlog planning and refinement activities, translating business requirements into epics, features, and user stories
Work closely with teams to develop visuals such as diagrams, wireframes, system/data flow diagrams that clarify requirements
Work with delivery teams to plan, prioritize and coordinate work, ensuring successful implementation of requirements and process improvements
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions to capture user needs, business objectives, and system capabilities and ensure ongoing alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Support and guide other analysts, promoting best practices, consistency, and capability uplift
