Responsibilities
Develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics
Provide analytics support for management to gain insight and drive business planning based on data and statistical methods
Actively drive project status reporting, issue identification, and risk reports management
Update and maintain existing management reports and dashboards to provide business updates and pull ad hoc reports
Gather feedback and independently identify ways to improve reporting and data collection
Drive project milestones from start to finish
Present gathered data, work with the Sales Operations team to improve existing reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven analytics on key operational concerns
Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices
Work closely with sales directors to improve analytical tools and achieve business objectives
Build relationships, prioritize tasks, and facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices
Conduct in-depth analysis to provide visibility to current performance and operational trends
Identify abnormalities within regular reporting or data asks (e.g., Dashboard is blank, data update failed)
Create new SOP documents to assist with streamlining process flows
Identify improvement opportunities and develop creative solutions
Assess and document key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations
Support sales initiatives through identification of opportunities, creation of project plans, database modeling, interpretation of analysis, recommendations, implementation, and measuring/monitoring results
Work across multiple departments to support business process redesign initiatives and optimize operations within the Sales organization
Create structured management reports and dashboards to monitor daily sales operations and assess periodical performance
Collaborate with leaders across different departments to improve existing reports and dashboards, provide data-driven analytics, build new management tools, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend decisions on key operational concerns
