Requirements

  • Knowledge of Comcast products and services, including Internet, Data, Video, Voice, PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location solutions
  • Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
  • Skills in territory management, including development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Experience in prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Consultative sales approach to identify improvement areas for prospects' communication
  • Ability to maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
  • Adherence to company standards and business professionalism
  • Understanding of Operating Principles and participation in Net Promoter System (huddles, call backs)

Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
  • Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop and manage territory with a high-activity comprehensive business plan
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating product knowledge
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
  • Team with technical, customer service, and support staff for end-to-end sales and satisfaction
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape to position Comcast Business Services
  • Prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Other duties as assigned
