Responsibilities
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop and manage territory with a high-activity comprehensive business plan
Generate new leads through prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating product knowledge
Maintain customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
Team with technical, customer service, and support staff for end-to-end sales and satisfaction
Stay abreast of competitive landscape to position Comcast Business Services
Prepare sales and activity reports as required
