Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
  • Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
  • Generate new leads via prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
  • Conduct consultative process to enhance prospects' internal/external communication
  • Manage defined territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Team with technical, customer service, and support staff for end-to-end customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects for quota performance
  • Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products/services to support sales
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast Experience
  • Maintain sales records and prepare reports
  • Adhere to all company standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
