  • A strong portfolio that showcases branding and rebranding projects, digital campaigns, and cross-platform design work—especially for Western or global markets
  • Advanced Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator and Photoshop), Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Hands-on experience leading or contributing to rebranding initiatives and scaling design systems
  • Proven ability to integrate AI tools into your creative workflow to improve ideation, efficiency, and asset development
  • Strong grasp of modern design processes, including agile workflows, iterative testing, and rapid prototyping
  • Confident communicator who can clearly explain design thinking and influence decisions across teams
  • Experience leading creative projects and mentoring other designers
  • Love of learning and sharing design as their craft

Responsibilities

  • Brand Leadership: Define and drive how to set the structure and visual creative vision for our brands. Set a high-level direction for how the brand shows up across marketing, product, partnerships, and social — ensuring it reflects our values, resonates with our audience, and stands out in the market
  • Design Systems & Implementation: Lead the development and scaling of brand assets, guidelines, and systems that empower teams to execute consistently and efficiently across all touchpoints — from product UI to marketing campaigns
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present and communicate design strategy and decisions to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, and business goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across product, growth, and engineering to ensure brand alignment and execution
  • Design Critique & Mentorship: Guide other designers through thoughtful critique, design reviews, and feedback—upholding brand consistency and elevating creative quality across all touchpoints
