Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a Billing Operations role, proficiency in Excel, and excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience with ERP systems like Zuora and/or Salesforce is preferred, as is post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or Business. The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues independently is essential. Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders and a collaborative, cross-functional working style are also required. Experience in the SaaS/technology industry and with SOX controls is desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Billing Operations Analyst will support an international team of Order Management and Billing Specialists to ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoice generation. This role involves responding to escalations and customer inquiries, reviewing contract validation across multiple systems, and executing SOX-compliant month-end reconciliations. Responsibilities also include gathering and formatting large data sets for reporting, managing recurring billing and credits, creating monthly bill runs, and participating in new process implementations and system enhancements.
