Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or global organization
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and work independently
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
  • Experience supporting senior global leaders and utilizing HR information systems and data analytics

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with leaders, supporting the effective implementation of HR programs and talent processes
  • Collaborate with HR Practice Centers to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent
  • Work with the division Talent Development organization to deliver development programs, including succession planning and leadership development
  • Partner with Compensation on annual planning and provide guidance on market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Support onboarding programs across functions and the division
  • Coach and advise managers on a wide range of employee lifecycle matters
  • Guide leaders through annual performance cycles, ensuring consistency in goal setting and performance assessments
  • Support change management initiatives, including communication planning and transition support
  • Analyze engagement survey results (Your Voice Counts) and partner with leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement
  • Use internal and external HR metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
