[Remote] Senior Benefits Analyst at Kraken

The Senior Benefits Analyst will partner with the leave administrator to ensure leaves are managed according to policy and pay is processed correctly in the US and Canada, while also answering employee questions. They will lead day-to-day benefit administration tasks, including tracking enrollments and terminations, resolving system errors, and liaising with vendors and brokers. This role involves supporting open enrollment setup and configuration in the US, assisting with benefit communication deliverables, auditing monthly invoices and vendor credits, and validating payroll deductions and leave pay. The analyst will also ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial requirements, monitor the US & Canada Workers’ Compensation program, develop relationships with the global benefits team and internal stakeholders, provide education and support to HR Partners, and participate in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and other benefits-related projects.
